The band's lineup included Caio Lourenço on vocals and rhythm guitar, Fernando Almeida on lead guitar, Bruno Almeida on bass, and Pedro Oliveira on drums.
They released their debut album, also called 'Lei Alternativa', in 1996. Other songs like "Monica Veronica" and "Olhos Azuis" helped define their sound. The band followed up with several more albums, including an acoustic record in 1998 and 'Onipresente' in 2002.
