Lemon Juice formed in Tokyo in the early 2000s, with Shigeto Koyama on vocals and guitar, Hiroshi Fujii on bass, and Toshiyuki Kamijō on drums. Their first album, 'From Here to There', came out in 2004. They put out records fairly steadily for about a decade, including 'Spark' in 2008 and 'Infinity' in 2012.
Their 2006 single 'Mycrophonia!' got some attention. The song had a big, catchy chorus and Koyama's vocals over guitar riffs. Some listeners found their approach a bit experimental, but the band kept working in their own lane.
They released 'Euphoria' in 2010. By the time they wrapped up with 'Infinity' in 2012, they'd put out five albums in eight years.
