Leo & Alexandre

Leo and Alexandre met at a music festival in 2006, both drawn to sertanejo, a Brazilian style rooted in country and folk traditions. They started playing live shows, building a local audience before things took off with their 2010 single 'A Cama Vai Tremer.' That song got heavy radio play and became a staple at parties and dances across Brazil.

Their albums, like 'Na Linha da Frente' in 2012 and 'O Tempo Não Para' in 2014, kept them in the sertanejo conversation. Other tracks such as 'Fundo do Baú' and 'Cowboy Doidão' have also been popular with fans, sticking to the duo's straightforward, melodic approach.

Leo handles most of the singing with a relaxed, expressive voice, while Alexandre plays guitar and helps shape their songs. They've kept recording and performing, putting out albums every couple of years into the 2020s without much fuss or dramatic shifts in their sound.
