Leonora is a band that formed in Los Angeles in the late 2000s, starting with singer-songwriter Eleonora Valentino and guitarist Marcus Hayes. They put out their first album, 'Echoes of the Heart,' in 2011. Their second album, 'Love Is Eternal,' came out in 2013 and included the song 'Love Is Forever.'
That song became their most recognizable track. The band's lineup changed when drummer Jake Nichols left in 2013 and was replaced by session player Tom Carter. They had a legal dispute with a former manager around 2016 over song ownership, which they won. Their third album was called 'Unbreakable.'
