Letters and Lights formed in Boston around singer-songwriter Julia Nunes and guitarist Justin Abedin. They put out their first album, "The Flood," in 2013, followed by "Songs for the Standing" in 2015 and "Forever and Ever" in 2018. The band's lineup included drummer David Michael Curry and bassist Jordan Moore.
Songs like "Clouds," "Going, Going, Gone," and "Hearts Belong In Pairs" give a sense of their sound. Julia Nunes handled lead vocals and lyrics, while Justin Abedin worked on guitar arrangements.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
