Lilith formed in 2000 with vocalist Dorota Rabczewska, guitarist Mariusz Piekarski, bassist Tomasz Barański, and drummer Piotr Mościcki. Their first album came out in 2003, featuring the song 'Dom Z Kamieni.' They put out several more records in the next few years, including 'Bimbo' in 2004 and 'Nieodporna Na Zmiany' in 2005.
In 2006, the band got into a legal dispute with the Polish Bishops' Conference over one of their songs. The case drew some attention at the time. Lilith kept recording, releasing another self-titled album in 2009 and 'Luna' in 2021.
