Little Barrie is a London rock trio that formed in 2002 with Barrie Cadogan on guitar and vocals, Lewis Wharton on bass, and Virgil Howe on drums. Their sound pulls from Cadogan's interest in players like Jimi Hendrix, but they've kept things fairly lean and direct across four studio albums, starting with 'We Are Little Barrie' in 2005 and moving through 'Stand Your Ground' and 'King of the Waves'.
In 2015, their instrumental track 'Better Call Saul' was picked as the theme for the AMC television series of the same name. That exposure introduced the band to a much wider audience almost overnight. They've also done session work for other artists, including the Rolling Stones and Iggy Pop.
After a label dispute in 2017, they put out their fourth album, 'Death Express,' on their own imprint. Other songs like 'Why Don't You Do It' and 'Be The One' show their knack for tight, riff-driven grooves. The band still plays live when they can.
