Los Anthony's formed in 1998, started by brothers José and Carlos García. Their debut album 'Un Nuevo Sol' came out in 2002. They've put out other records like 'La Granja' and 'No Fui Yo' since then.
Their song 'Creo En El Amor' became particularly well-known. Another track, 'Tengo Miedo de Dejarte,' shows their style of romantic ballads mixed with cumbia rhythms. The band includes José García on lead vocals and guitar, Carlos García on bass, Martín Sarabia on accordion, Felipe Martínez on drums, and Gerardo Reyes on saxophone.
In 2016, they dealt with a legal dispute over the rights to their band name. They managed to keep performing as Los Anthony's afterward.
