Lost Weekend Western Swing Band formed in Austin, Texas in 1998 with Josh Graves on vocals and guitar, David Carroll on bass, John Langford on drums, and Michael Guerra on fiddle. They put out their self-titled debut album the following year. The band's 2002 album 'In the Shadow of the Valley' gave them their commercial breakthrough, with the title track becoming a hit.
Guerra left the group in 2005 and was replaced by fiddler Jesse Flores. The band kept recording and performing, with songs like 'Let's Ride Into The Sunset Together' and 'Lone Star' featuring Tony Marcus appearing in their catalog. They've maintained a presence in western swing circles since their formation.
