Loyal formed in London in 2015 as a four-piece indie-pop band. The group includes Oliver Ward on lead vocals and guitar, Emily Price on bass and vocals, Tom Baker on drums, and Anya Patel on keyboards and vocals. They released their debut EP independently in 2016.
Their 2017 single "House For You" became their breakout track, with its pop melodies and electronic touches finding an audience. The song appeared on their 2019 debut album "Every Little Thing," which also included the track "Closer." Their second album "Bloom" came out in 2021.
