Loyalty

Loyalty is an indie rock band from Spain that formed in the early 2000s. The group includes Elena Iturrieta on vocals, Ignacio Miranda on guitar, and Pablo Marmol on bass. They released their debut album 'En Compañía de Lobos' in 2015, which gave them their first real attention.

That album's title track became something of an anthem for their listeners, with its moody melody and lyrics about vulnerability. The band's sound has been described as haunting and introspective, drawing comparisons to artists like Radiohead and PJ Harvey. They've followed up with albums like 'El Mar de las Almas' in 2018 and 'Las Ruinas del Tiempo' in 2021.

Some critics have found their work overly somber, but Iturrieta has said the music reflects their own experiences. Their later albums incorporate elements of post-rock and folk while keeping that atmospheric quality that first caught people's ear.
