LUCKE began in 1997 as a duo with Luciano Nassyn on vocals and guitar and Kelly Key on vocals. Their first album, 'O Teatro Mágico,' came out in 2003 and found an audience with its mix of pop, rock, and orchestral touches. After Key's death that same year, Nassyn kept the band going with new members including Ana Júlia on vocals and Rafael Castro on bass.
They've put out six studio albums, from 'Essencial' in 2007 to 'Devaneios' in 2019. Songs like 'Dois Fugitivos' and 'Foguetin' show their way with melody and emotional weight, often circling themes of love and searching. The lineup has included Bruno De Luke on drums and Thiago Guerra on keyboards.
