They put out several albums including 'Alvorada' in 1968 and 'Expresso Oriente' the following year. Their music drew from samba and bossa nova, and they kept working into the early 1970s with releases like 'Canções de Amor e Paz'.
Both members had personal difficulties that affected their partnership. Luizinho dealt with health issues related to drug use, and Limeira faced problems in his marriage. These struggles eventually made it hard for them to continue as a duo.
