Lynch Mob

Lynch Mob formed in 1990 around guitarist George Lynch, who had previously played with Dokken. The original lineup included vocalist Oni Logan, bassist Anthony Esposito, and drummer Matt Flynn. Their debut album 'Wicked Sensation' came out that same year, followed by a self-titled record in 1992 that contained their best-known track, 'Madly Backwards.'

That 1992 album also included songs like 'No Good' and 'River of Love,' but the band's early momentum was interrupted by frequent lineup changes. Logan left in 1993, and they went through several vocalists before Robert Mason joined in 1999. They released 'Smoke and Mirrors' that year, then put out albums periodically through the 2000s and 2010s, including 'Rebellion' in 2003 and 'Sound Mountain' in 2015.

George Lynch has remained the constant member through all the personnel shifts. In 2020, they revisited their debut with 'Wicked Sensation Reimagined,' a new version of that first album marking its 30th anniversary.
