A São Paulo band blending samba, baião, and rock since their 2012 debut.
For a good sense of their sound, try "Tão Livre" or "Topo do Céu." Both show how they handle those Brazilian rhythms without getting too reverent about it.
They're one of those groups that makes Brazilian regional music feel current without losing its roots. Songs like "Tão Livre" show how they weave samba and baião with jazz phrasing and rock energy. It's not fusion for its own sake, it sounds like a band that grew up with all of it.
They formed in 2010 with Letieres Leite on bass, Luiz Caldas on guitar, Ramon Cruz on drums, and Saulo Duarte on vocals. Their first album "Pensar Melhor" came out in 2012, followed by "Rascunho" in 2014 and "Nação" in 2016.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
