You are a run away fugitive

You carry bags of guilt you can't seem to get rid of

Your hiding well in your disguise

Among the crowds your just another face

You can keep running, but how long can you hide?

You go on, you escape silently

You go on, slipping in and out of the scene

You run on while nobody suspects a thing

And you do things your way, and only the way you want it

Your far away from your seekers eyes

If they set out to search for you there’d be no trace

You’re fine with living alone

As long as no one tells you to change

You can keep running, and running, but there's no where to hide

You go on, you keep chasing your dreams

You go on by avoiding reality

You run on while that mask is covering

How long, will another day pass you by

How long, can you fool unsuspecting eyes

How long, can your foot prints be covered with lies

How long, will you see your wrong as right
