Mallanep formed in Havana in 2006, started by three friends: Alexander Delgado, Randy Malcom Martínez, and Liván Valdés. They put out their first album, Sin Control, the following year. Their song Donde Esta El Amor came out in 2014 and got some attention.
They've released a handful of albums since then, including Hasta el Fin, Los Números, and Sin Miedo. Another track people know is Se Fue El Amor. The three original members have stayed together.
