Mandy Capristo was born in Bruchsal, Germany in 1990. She first gained attention in 2006 when she auditioned for the German reality show 'Popstars' and was selected for the girl group Monrose alongside Bahar Kizil and Senna Guemmour. The group had some success with singles like 'Shame' and 'Hot Summer' before disbanding in 2011.
After Monrose ended, Capristo began releasing music on her own. Her debut solo album 'Grace' came out in 2012 and included the track 'Hurricane' from her list of top songs. She followed this with other singles like 'Intense' and 'Allow Me' that have remained among her most recognized work.
In 2017 she released a self-titled album that featured 'Intense' as a lead single. Beyond her music, she has occasionally drawn attention for public appearances and discussions about body image, though her catalog primarily consists of pop recordings rather than extensive public commentary.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
