Manntis formed in London in 2009 with Alex De Leon on vocals and guitar, Dave Mahony on bass, and Barry Dobbin on drums. They released their debut album 'Monolith' in 2012, followed by 'Forever Violence' in 2015, 'Imperium' in 2018, and 'Legacy' in 2021.
Their song 'A New Breed of Life' came out in 2013. Other tracks include 'Reflection's Of You', 'Weathered Soul', 'Approach', and 'Axe of Redemption'.
Early on, some listeners found their music too experimental. They kept working anyway, and their sound mixed rock, metal, and electronica.
