Manuel Mendrano

Manuel Medrano is a Spanish singer-songwriter from Granada who released his debut album 'Convergencia' in 2015. The lead single from that album, 'No Sé Si Salga El Sol,' became a hit in Spain and helped establish his sound, which draws from folk and pop traditions.

He studied music in London before returning to Spain to pursue his career. His work is primarily a solo effort, with Medrano writing and performing his own material. He followed 'Convergencia' with two more albums, 'Carrusel' in 2017 and 'Desaparezco' in 2021.

In 2016, Medrano faced some public criticism for performing in a bullfighting ring, which led to discussions about animal welfare. He addressed the concerns while maintaining his focus on the music itself.
