Marcus Vinicius is a Brazilian gospel singer from Goiânia, born in 1977. He grew up in a Christian home and started making music influenced by artists like André Valadão and Adhemar de Campos.
His debut album 'Som da Adoração' came out in 2005 and included the song 'Derrama Tua Glória,' which became widely known in Brazil and elsewhere. He's also recorded tracks like 'Eu Creio' and put out albums such as 'Vivo para Adorar' in 2009 and 'Céu Aberto' in 2018.
In 2010, there were questions about his songwriting when he was accused of using lyrics from another writer for 'Alguém Especial,' though he denied it. He performs with musicians including guitarist Leonardo Gonçalves and drummer Márcio André.
