Once upon a time, there was she

In a pretty little cage by the sea

Puppeteered by what she feared

So she pulled some strings and cut them free

And on a clear day, she crossed that ocean

And a symphony of waves set in motion

But the skies remind of what she left behind

Just her two cents and a notion

And grasping for pebbles and sand

The moment slipped right her hands

Palms to the ground, what you thought was sound
