Mario Heras is a Spanish vocalist who sang the opening theme for the anime series Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods. That song, Dragon Soul, came out in 2012 and was released under the name Mario Heras Project. It got some attention from anime fans for its high-energy delivery.
He worked with Hironobu Kageyama, who sang other Dragon Ball Z theme songs. The band put out a few albums after that, like Warrior's Spirit in 2014 and Unbreakable in 2017.
