Marjourie e Mel

Marjorie Estiano and Mel Fronckowiak started working together in 2013 after meeting during a theater production. They put out their first single "Fórmula Perfeita" not long after, which got some attention but also drew skepticism from parts of the industry about whether they were serious musicians.

Their debut album Cores came out in 2015, mixing acoustic pop with Brazilian rhythms. A couple years later they released a self-titled follow-up that leaned more into electronic sounds while keeping the lyrical directness of songs like "Ti Ti Namorar."

Marjorie handles most of the vocals, with Mel on guitar and harmonies. They've built a following through smaller shows and online presence rather than chasing mainstream radio play.
