Their song 'Carsick' became part of a public dispute in 2020 when another Portuguese singer accused them of plagiarism. Maro denied the claim, saying the work was original.
They followed up with the album 'Can You See Me Now?' in 2020 and an EP called 'It's OK to Cry' in 2022.
