A French DJ-producer whose tracks like 'Hello' and 'Madan' found international dance floors.
For the festival peak, it's 'Hello'. For the earlier, sleeker club sound, try 'Madan'.
Solveig's music has that specific kind of French house energy that works both in clubs and on pop radio. 'Hello' with Dragonette became one of those unavoidable festival anthems for a while. Tracks like 'Intoxicated' and 'World Hold On' show how he kept that sound moving through the 2010s.
He started putting out music in the mid-90s, with an early single called 'Heart of Mine'. Things shifted more in 2002 with the album 'Sur la Terre' and its track 'Madan', which became a bigger international dance hit. He's worked with various artists since, and released the album 'Smash' in 2018.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
