Founders Marcelo D2 and DJ Hum were joined by other artists including Nego Jam, MC Marechal, and Dj Buiu. Their sound mixes funk carioca with hip-hop and samba elements. In 1997 they released the album 'Pra Quem Já Mordeu um Cachorro por Comida, até Que Eu Cheguei Longe...' followed by 'Quatro Coisas' in 2003.
