Meresha

Meresha came out of Brazil with a sound that felt like coastal air and sunlight. Their song 'Coconut Island' caught on with its easy rhythm and tropical feel, suggesting beaches and palm trees without trying too hard. They followed it with tracks like 'My Love Has Come' and 'Enter The Dreamland', keeping that warm, escapist quality intact.

Ana Santos handled vocals and writing, Rafael Ribeiro played guitar, and Marcos Silva was on percussion. Their albums had names like 'Tropicalia', 'Samba Soul', 'Summer Dreams', and 'Island Fever', titles that pointed straight to their Brazilian roots and that relaxed, sun-soaked mood.
