Later songs like "Banco de Reserva" and "Overdose de você" continued in a similar vein of pop-rock with electronic touches. The band's lineup included Pedro Correia on bass, Marco Nunes on drums, and Joao Paulo Moreira on keyboards.
In 2010, Miato had a legal dispute with their former record label over royalties. Four years later, Almeida faced plagiarism accusations regarding lyrics in one of their songs, which the band said was unintentional. They kept releasing music through the 2010s with albums like O Que O Silêncio Conta and Mil Caras.
