The song 'Gubbarna Satt Sig Att Dricka' from that album became his most recognizable work.
His music has often been described as introspective, with lyrics that observe everyday life. Over the decades, he's released albums like 'Det Enkla Livet' in 1986, 'Hem till byn' in 1989, and more recent work including 'Tillbaka till dig' in 2012.
Samuelson has worked with various musicians including bassist Rolf Wikström, drummer Anders Hernestam, and keyboardist Thomas Deutgen. In 1985, he received a Swedish Grammis award.
