Their 2004 album 'Diz Que É Verdade' brought them mainstream attention, largely on the strength of its lead single 'O Gay do Liceu.' That song became an anthem for some and a flashpoint for others, its lyrics about a gay high school student sparking public debate in Portugal.
The original lineup included Pedro 'Peixe' Cardoso on vocals, Ricardo 'Tiago' Correia on guitar, Manuel 'Menino' Rocha on bass, António 'Tony' Vasconcelos on drums, and Filipe 'Fábio' Lopes as DJ. Fábio left the band in 2007.
