Ministri

Ministri formed in Bergamo in 1993, playing a mix of post-punk, new wave, and industrial sounds that took some time to find its audience. Their single "Abituarsi Alla Fine" in 2004 brought them wider attention, introducing their particular blend of guitar-driven rock and electronic textures.

Their lyrics often deal with social and political themes, sometimes with a directness that has drawn criticism alongside praise. Songs like "Ballata Del Lavoro Interinale" and "Berlino 3" show their interest in work, alienation, and urban life, delivered with Davide Autelitano's vocals over music from Michele Esposito and Federico Dragogna.

Their albums, from 2004's "Matrilineare" to later releases like "Tempi Bui" and "La Parte Debole," kept working that ground of sharp lyrics and layered instrumentation. They've stayed with that approach, building a catalog that includes tracks like "Bevo" and "Comunque" alongside their better-known early material.
