Monta was a band that put out a single called "All the Luck in the World" around 2010. The song got some attention, but the group didn't last much longer. They had an unreleased album they were working on called "Chasing Ghosts" in 2011 and 2012, but it never came out.

The band included Nate Sullavan on vocals and guitar, Nick Ferrone on drums, James Morales on bass, and Sam McGrath on keyboards. They played a few shows here and there, but money was tight and things were reportedly tense between the members. By 2012, Monta had broken up.
