Morgul

Morgul formed in Belgrade, Serbia around 2009, with vocalist and guitarist Zoran Radoman and drummer Nebojša Vujičić at the start. They've worked with a sound that draws from industrial metal, pulling in elements from bands like Ministry, Rammstein, and Nine Inch Nails. Over time, keyboardist and backing vocalist Dejan Mančić and bassist Ivan Teodorović joined the lineup.

Their debut album "The Last Plague" came out in 2012, setting up their approach with heavy rhythms and distorted guitars. Songs like "Machine" and "All Dead Here" show their blend of metal aggression and electronic textures. They've kept at it with a steady output of albums and EPs since then.

Their lyrics often touch on dark themes, nihilism, societal decay, the human condition, which has sometimes drawn criticism and accusations they've denied. They've faced some censorship in certain countries but have generally stuck to their own path without much compromise.
