Mouse Pads formed in 2008 in Aracaju, Brazil, starting as a quartet with vocalists Vinicius Mendes and Rafael Almeida, guitarist Roberto Nogueira, and drummer Thiago Garcia. Their debut album 'Coração Ano Luz' came out in 2010 and included the single 'Dona Cislene,' which caught on with listeners across the country.
After drummer Thiago Garcia died in 2016, the band took a break. They came back in 2018 with a different lineup, keeping Vinicius and Rafael but adding guitarist Bruno Marquez and drummer Leandro Souza. Their third album 'Infinito Particular' was released the following year.
Other songs in their catalog include 'Maria Gasolina' and 'Quero Ver Tu Agitar.'
