Myth formed in Medellín, Colombia, with Jhonatan Hernández, Cristian Fuentes, and Jorge Góez. They started with an interest in traditional Colombian music mixed with more current rhythms. Their first album, "Destino," came out in 2016 and included the song "A Ti Me Declaro." That track got some attention, though there were questions about its origins at one point.

They've put out other songs like "Anjo Caído" and "Estrela Cadente." The music tends to be melodic and leans toward romantic themes, which fits with titles like "Dava Tudo Para Te Ter" and "Acredita." It's straightforward pop with a Colombian touch, not trying to reinvent anything but working within familiar territory.
