If this is the life we live

The kind of fasting we have chosen

To loose the chains of injustice

And untie the yoke of burden

To share our food with the hungry

To give the oppressed freedom

To provide the poor and wandering with shelter

And when we see the naked, clothe them

If you remove the yoke from among you
