Dedication

What do you want out of life?

Are you just gonna sit there

or do you intend to take life in both hands,

and decide for yourselves?

Living our own lives, I think that we should try

and choose direction for ourselves…

well what I want out of life is excitement,

is learning and a good time;

living in a conscious way,

with respect for all of those around me.

But I want some dedication

for once I want the truth;

too often things we say are not the things we do

what did it meant to you, what does it mean to you;

I can do all the years of hope,

all those days of change,

it seems all so far away and the things we did and all the friends me made

the damage we did and all the friendships that faded

all the people that were there they went away

they were the ones who promised they were here to stay

all the good we did and all the bad that came out
