Necrovore put out their debut album 'Divus de Mortuus' in 1986. The record included songs like 'Mutilated Death' and 'Toxic Decay,' and it's the main thing they're known for.
They had a sound that drew from earlier heavy metal and death metal acts, with Steve Flynn on vocals and bass, Erik Danielsson on guitar, and Tony Scaglione on drums. Jeff Hanneman from Slayer made a guest appearance on the album.
After that one album, the band didn't release much else. A compilation called 'Necrovore: The Complete Recordings' came out in 2008, collecting the album along with some demos and live tracks.
