NedBrah is an Australian trio that formed in 2012, made up of brothers Ned and Brad Hordern along with Scott Stryker. They work in a space between electronic dance music and hip-hop, drawing from both the Australian club circuit and American rap traditions.
Their track "Zyzz - Live Like Us" came out in 2013 and became their calling card. It was written as a tribute to the bodybuilder Aziz "Zyzz" Shavershian, and its anthemic quality connected with a younger crowd interested in fitness and self-improvement. The song's popularity spread well beyond Australia.
After that single, they put out more tracks like "Pumped," "Get Fit," and "No More Zyzz," and released a debut album called "Live Like Us" in 2015. The group's sound relied on Ned Hordern's vocals, Brad's guitar and production work, and Stryker's DJing and turntable skills.
