Nedelle was a band with vocalist and songwriter Emily Haines, multi-instrumentalist Josh Trager, and percussionist Jimmy Shaw. Their song "Begin to Breathe" got some attention when it came out. In 2005, after their debut album, Josh Trager died. Emily and Jimmy kept going for a while after that.
They had songs like "Blundering Blood" and "Good Grief." Some people thought their music got too political at times, but they didn't really change course because of it. They put out a few more records before things wound down.
