Nestezia is a Brazilian pop band that formed in the early 2000s. The group includes Rafael Castro on vocals and guitar, Carlos Sanchez on drums, and Pedro Santos on bass. Their debut album came out in 2003 with the track "Era Uma Vez... Na Realidade," which became widely known.

They followed that with several more albums over the next decade, including "Na Estrada" in 2006, "Infinito" in 2009, and "Aqui e Agora" in 2013. Another song, "Utopia," also appears among their most recognized work.

At one point, the band dealt with a legal dispute over the rights to "Era Uma Vez... Na Realidade." Lead singer Rafael Castro also faced personal struggles with addiction and mental health that affected the group's output and live shows.
