Their 1988 album included the song "A Ho'e o To'u Nuna'a," which became something of a standard for them. They followed it with albums like "Ka'ena" in 1991 and "E Ku'u Home" in 1994.
They were known for vocal harmonies and a sound that drew from Hawaiian music without being strictly bound to older forms. The group's recordings from that period remain their most familiar work.
