New Hollow formed in Los Angeles around 2010, with Simon Reynolds on vocals and guitar. The band included guitarist Ethan Carter, bassist Jake Davis, and drummer Emily Hayes. They released their debut EP 'Echoes of the Past' in 2012, followed by EPs called 'Desolation' and 'Ashes to Embers.'
In 2016, the song 'She Ain't You' became their breakthrough track. Other songs like 'Boyfriend' and 'Sick' also appear among their most recognized work.
