No Warning formed in Pointe-Claire, Quebec in 1998 with Ben Cook on vocals, Matt Embree and Jesse Cardoni on guitars, Daryl Watson on bass, and Paul Forgues on drums. Their 1999 EP 'Ill Blood' gave them an early foothold in Canadian hardcore, with the title track becoming a staple. The band's 2002 album 'Bad Timing' showed them stretching the hardcore template a bit, working in some thrash and groove metal touches while keeping the aggression intact. Songs like 'Almost There' and 'Answer The Call' from that period carried the same direct energy. They put out a few more records like 'Enemies Like This' in 2006 and 'Suffer, Survive' in 2009 before going quiet around 2010.
