Non Phixion

Non Phixion came together in Brooklyn during the mid-1990s, with Goretex, Ill Bill, Sabac Red, DJ Eclipse, and Necro forming the original lineup. They worked in the underground hip-hop scene, where their music often dealt with darker themes and conspiracy theories rather than mainstream rap topics.

Their 1998 debut album 'The Future is Now' included 'Black Helicopters,' a track that became something of an underground signature for them. The song's paranoid lyrics about government surveillance gave it a cult following, and other songs like 'Say Goodbye to Yesterday' and 'There Is No Future' followed similar thematic lines.

They released a few more albums, including 'The Green CD/139' in 2002 and 'The Nuclear Truth' in 2005. The group's members have all done solo work since then, with Ill Bill, Goretex, and Sabac Red putting out their own projects.
