Their 1965 recording "The Ballad Of Jesse James" became one of their best-known songs. They also recorded tracks like "Ghost Train," "Wild One," and "Summer Night." The band released several albums including "The North Country Gentlemen" in 1963 and "Down in the Valley" in 1965.
The band continued with new members but eventually dissolved in 1971.
