Our Love Is Senile

So now she’s turning a corner, wants to leave me again

Though it’s sad I really should warn her, you can only break up so many times

But losing us took sanity, without becoming forced to call she said:

How can we continue? If you’re telling her the truth, they sill don’t believe you

So now she’s getting tired, wondering if it’s a peak or precedes

And just how to labor forward, when her man is a mess, and never there

Going sadly in the park, but it’s much worse together in silence,

Because all that, just a villainy,

We need laughter, happiness, madness, anything

Our love is senile, unlike a blind child bumping into walls

Say it’s not guilt keeping us together, how can we suṗport each other’s wills

Somehow we relax to being strangers

The scuttling of tiles in our sacred realm

Now it’s time to pay the socialists, and pretend out little chick from afar
