They released albums like 'The Hum and the Shiver' in 2005 and 'Firecracker' in 2008, working in a space between indie rock and folk with ethereal vocals and introspective lyrics.

Their 2015 track 'A Gift for Christmas' became a seasonal favorite, appearing in films and television shows. Other songs in their catalog include 'A Winter Season,' 'All You Are,' and 'Black Roses.'

The band went on an indefinite hiatus in 2012 but reunited in 2014 for a tour. They put out 'The Trees & the Wolves' in 2011.
