Onlife

Onlife is a Brazilian duo made up of Leandro Lobão and Marcelinho Ferreira. They started working together in Rio de Janeiro, where they both lived. Their music mixes pop with some R&B and funk touches, but it's mostly built around straightforward melodies and lyrics about everyday feelings.

In 2009, they put out "É Real," a song featuring gospel singer Kemuel. That track got popular in Brazil and helped people notice them. Other songs like "Revolução do Amor" and "Tu És Santo" followed a similar pattern, simple arrangements with clear vocal hooks. They've released several albums since then, including Infinito in 2013 and O Som Que Te Faz Bem in 2016.

Lobão handles most of the singing and songwriting, while Ferreira produces and plays bass. Their sound hasn't changed dramatically over time; it stays in that accessible pop-soul lane. They've had some minor controversies, like plagiarism accusations that were eventually dropped, but nothing that really shifted how their music is heard.
